"Among them you will make lifelong friends. You will be bound to them with new and wonderful ties, for you will escape disaster together and you will commence shoulder to shoulder your common journey. Then you will know what it means to give of yourself that others may survive and rediscover life. You will learn the full meaning of "Love thy neighbor as thyself." – Alcoholics Anonymous, Page 152-153
Welcome to the BAD AXE WEEKEND Home Page!
Bad Axe Men’s Weekend is an annual event for men in recovery from alcoholism. This unique weekend offers men the opportunity to spend time in the beautiful forests of Northern Minnesota, while focusing on their recovery.
This year’s speakers are Don L. from Bellingham, WA and John E. for Omaha, NE. We are very excited to have these men come and lead us through the weekend. If you are new to Alcoholics Anonymous or have been in recovery for years, we are quite sure you will enjoy hearing Bill and Mike share “their experience, strength and hope”!
